Lily Allen In A Shopping Mall

A flu-ridden Lily Allen departs Paris on the Eurostar. The singer, who was in the French capital for Paris Fashion Week, tweeted that she was suffering from a sore throat and thought she had "full on flu". Lily is expecting her first child in early 2011.
